The Multifuncional Event room

Embedded in the charm of an old factory building, our conference room is suitable for workshops, network meetings, meetings and events of all kinds. It is wild and cool, super flexible and very cosy.

The event room has:

  • approximately 170m2
  • room height 290cm
  • Space for up to 120 people sitting, or 70 in workshop style
  • High-speed WLAN 100/100 Mbit/s
  • can be darkened, locked and kitchen sharing possible

Picture technology: 2×3,5m LED video wall, as well as 2 different beamers

Sound technology: 2x JBL EON 615 speakers plus SubWoofer, 2 wireless microphones

Lighting technology: 4 x 500W theatre spotlights, 8x LED par, 4x Mini Led Wash Moving, 3x Mini Led Gobo Moving, 4x Baby Star light effect, 1 hazer (fog machine), wireless DMX track software controlled with Lightkey

Materials in the event room:

couches, beanbags, tables, chairs, bar tables, pillows, presentation case, beamer, LED wall, and much more.

Also ideally suited for daylight photo and video shootings, due to the available lighting materials.

Shared use of kitchen / catering room possible, we will also be happy to help you choose a suitable catering.

Preisliste

400,- Full day (9-18 o’clock)

250,- half day (9-13 or 13-18 o’clock)

350,- in the evening (18-22 o’clock)

Discounts for multi-day rentals on request

(Included are consumables such as pens, flipchart paper, electricity etc. – For room preparation or post-processing, as well as cleaning, the following cleaning and service flat rate can be booked additionally)

+25% weekend surcharge

50,- per day for event technology (optional)

100,- one-time optional cleaning and service flat rate (included: Room preparation in the desired style, support during the event, room follow-up and cleaning/trash removal)

On request – light engineering rental

5,- per day parking space rent (5 available)

All prices are net – plus 20% VAT.

The free cancellation of a room that has already been booked must be made at least 21 days before the date. From 20 days before the planned event we must retain 20% of the corresponding room usage, 14 days before 50%. For cancellations from 3 days before the event, 80% will be retained.
